I’m attending this course because I watched some YouTube videos of Hussein Nasser on his YouTube channel, and, among all shits on that platform, he looks very skilled, especially in backend engineering. Surprisingly, I found a course on Database Internals on Udemy, and I decided to buy it with the hope it would be complementary to the Database System course by Andy Pavlo. Actually, I hope it’s more accessible for some topics (and I’m sure it is, since the Andy Pavlo course is from a university course, and it must be, by definition, more specific and solid). Indeed, it’s not intended to replace it, but just to have another explanation point of view about almost the same topics.
